Lehigh Valley Mall has anchor stores like JC Penny, Macy's and Strawbridge's. Shoping hours at the mall are from ten in the morning to nine thirty in the evening on weekdays. The hours are a little shorter on Sundays though weekend shopping hours are extended during the weekends. There is a big buzz of activities at the Lehigh Valley Mall almost all the time. From having a kids' club to supporting the Senior Girl Scout troops with the Mall's "Cookie Box Creations" and organizing contests like the "Most Beautiful Baby" and having mega season sales, Lehigh Valley Mall is definitely one of the most fun places to shop.
One interesting thing to note is that one can have a piercing done right there and then with the piercing kiosk so conveniently available there. Also, there are four outside restaurants at the Lehigh Valley Mall so one leisurely have a cup of coffee while watching the hum of activities going on.As for customer service, one can easily locate the service center on the lower level between the escalators. Lehigh Valley Mall offers gift certificates, free use of strollers and wheelchairs, fax service etc., so shopping at the Mall gives a very convenient and practical experience.The Mall offers its youngsters a program called the Lehigh Valley Mall Teen Board for ypung man and women to participate in fashion shows and special events. The Mall also offers oppurtunities for follwing a career in retail by giving full and part time jobs like Assistant Manager and Sales Associate, Sales and Early AM Stock, Retail Sales Representative,etc.
Getting to the Lehigh Valley Mall is generally not much of a problem. From New York City for example,one only has to take 1-78 West to Route 22 West to Route 145 North. One just has to locate the intersection of Route 22 and Route 145 which is on MacArthur Road to find Lehigh Valley Mall.With Kohl's, Neiman Marcus, Sears, and Nordstrom.
