		With a total area of 1,300,000 square feet and parking space of 6,433 Danbury Field Mall is and has been one of the top shopping centers in the country. It is located in the heart of southwest Connecticut’s affluent Fairfield county and its close proximity to New York’s Westchester County. This makes the mall to be positioned at the center of the wealthiest areas in the country. The Danbury Field Mall has an impressive 900- seat Food Court and a glass dome- shaped ceiling. It is definitely one of the most sophisticated shopping malls in the state with a large pool- sized fountain on the lower level of the mall. The Danbury Field Mall offers a variety of guest services like the Mallwalker Program, complimentary wheelchair rental, directions and store information, etc. There are almost two hundred specialty stores at the Danbury Field Mall and believe it or not, there is actually a site on the web where advice is given on how to navigate the mall! The calendar year of the mall is packed with dozens of activities and events that is interesting and heart- warming. From the American Red Cross Blood Drive to art exhibitions, there is certainly a lot more to do here than just some simple shopping.
