Cumberland Mall at Atlanta has two levels- lower
and upper. A trip to the mall offers the most exciting experience
whether it is for shopping, entertainment or dining. One could spend a
great day browsing through the most popular and favorite stores or eat
out at the amazing selection of food joints and restaurants that are
housed at the mall. The Cumberland Mall was originally opened in 1973
but its latest redevelopment will feature a 77,000 square foot
lifestyle, pedestrian- friendly streetscape besides a variety of the
other stores already within the premises. One interesting feature of the Cumberland Mall is
that it has around ten stores specifically for the latest electronic
and technological gadgets. That saves a lot of precious time instead of
hopping from one store at the end of the street to another. The Cumberland Mall also offers different programs
such as the Stroller Strides in which Mothers and their babies can get
enrolled in a fitness class. The classes have been designed to
accommodate all levels of exercisers. Mall services include
transportation schedules, family restroom, safety escorts,
electric-scooters, etc. The Cumberland Mall also offers job
opportunities where one can find work either as a full time or part
time employee at one’s favorite store. Cumberland Mall is located at a
hundred acres off of Cobb Parkway, at the intersection of I-75 and I-
285. It is currently being renovated at a cost of $65 million. The
developments that are being undertaken are going to be definitely worth
a visit after it has been completed. Shopping hours at the Cumberland Mall are from ten
in the morning to nine in the evening from Mondays to Saturdays.
Shopping hours on Sundays are from twelve noon to six p.m. for six
hours only. With Kohl's, Neiman Marcus, Sears, and Nordstrom. |
