The Vacaville Outlet mall has a great Tommy Bahama outlet – it’s huge! Now, I love Tommy Bahama shirts, but they are pretty pricey, even if they’re made pretty well, so I love the fact that there’s a factory outlet. You can’t always get exactly what you’re looking for, but my theory is, if there’s something there I like, then, score! The Vacaville outlet mall is set up in two sections, with a street in between. They also have a food court, although I usually go to the Olive Garden across the other street. The outlet mall is not particularly walkable, though…usually, I just plan do drive to the Tommy Bahama outlet store, then go to the couple stores nearby. If I want to hit the TCBY, or something, I usually drive there afterwards (even though it’s in the same mall, it’s pretty far to walk). Check out the Midnight Madness sale they usually have on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving). That’s usually good for a bunch off, too! Note, though, that the Tommy Bahama outlet store is quite busy on the weekends…if you can go during the week, it’s much easier to get around. Again, you probably don’t want to eat there, rather, check out the nearby restaurants.
