The Sears outlet is large, with ample parking, and is packed with open-box and scratch-and-dent appliances, including washers, dryers, fridges, freezers, and more. You can find many of the appliances here heavily discounted, sometimes going for as much as 60% less than retail price! Even the least discounted items are usually 20% off or more! The salespeople are friendly and helfup, and I've never had any problems with the Sears Outlet in Richmond.
