The Dawsonville Georgia Premium Outlet mall is gorgeous - on Highway 400 South in Dawsonville, GA. It's a new facility, so everything is extremely clean and everything's easy to find. By far my favorite store there is the Pottery Barn Outlet Store.
Their deals are incredible, often less than half-price (although usually 30-40% off). In some ways, there's a warehouse atmosphere, as the ceilings are open (you can see past the lights way up into the roof), but the floors are nicely tiled, and not concrete.
