The Michigan Apple store has the highest traffic of any Apple store, handling 30,000 visitors each week with ease, and selling an iPod every 10 minutes.  It's in a upscale area of Chicago called the Magnificent Mile.  

The Michigan Apple store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am till 9:00 pm, and on Sunday from 11:00 am till 6:00 pm.

The Michigan Apple store is next to Nike Town on the SE corner of Michigan and Huron Avenues.  Customers receive free parking with the purchase of a CPU. Regular parking is available at InterPark Parking on Ontario and Saint Claire Avenue.  From the Redline, get off at Chicago and the Michigan Apple store is two blocks east and one block south.

The store has a parties on Friday nights with an amazing DJ, James Black, who uses the stores audio system and his own Apple products.  The store even lets you bring in your own music.
